Spotlight Ottawa spoke with Metronome Jones ahead of the release of their latest self-titled EP last August. I love the band for the diversity they bring to their music. They can crank the energy up to 10, but are more than comfortable taking it down a notch and hitting you with a mellow groove.
I think these 3 bands pair up nicely in terms of musical style. Fans of one will most definitely have an easy time getting into the music of the others upon first listen.
