Head of the Herd - promo

Vancouver’s Head of the Herd and Kingston’s The Glorious Sons are rolling into Zaphods on Friday, November 8th, 2013. You can grab your tickets for only $12. The doors open at 8pm, with things getting underway around 8:30pm. The show is 19+.

Head of the Herd is modern blues with a hell of an edge. The band (Neuman Mannas and Clay Frank), follow in the tradition of their bluesy forefathers with whiskey infused vocals, a southern edge, great stories and a touch of slide guitar.

The Glorious Sons, hailing from Kingston, ON, are defined by their music and inspired by the day to day grind. They are the everyman rock band, with a passion for portraying the lost romance of liquor, women and rock and roll. Their first EP Shapeless Art, released in September 2013, was produced by The Trew’s John Angus MacDonald and mixed by Gordie Johnson of Big Sugar. The band is heading out on their first Cross-Canada tour with The Head Of The Herd.

This promises to be an excellent show. Check out the videos below and grab your tickets!
