LiVE 88.5‘s Big Money Shot is back for another year. So far, this year is looking like it might be the most diverse group of music yet!

First up tonight was Farewell Davidson. The guys are young, just 17 and 18, but they sounded good. Nerves were evident when they started, but they had shaken it off by the time their set was done. I loved the guitar riff in their last tune. I enjoyed their set and I’m interested to see how these guys develop.

Up next were the Scarecrowz. They played a heavy set. I loved watching the bass player. It was obvious he was having a blast on stage.

Last up was Erin Saoirse Adair. Having never heard her before, she was a big surprise. Her folk set highlighted her great voice, fun lyrics and interesting tempo changes. Give her a listen.
