Big Money Shot night 10 @ Ritual

Well, I must say it was another fun night at the Big Money Shot. The only disappointment for the evening was getting there and finding out that I wouldn’t be able to check out Philly Moves for the first time.

First up was The Strain. I have seen them perform quite a few times now, and they have really matured since I first saw them a little over a year ago. Always fun to watch. If you haven’t heard them yet, be sure to check them out. They recently released their follow up EP Hush Hush and are offering up free downloads of their debut Three Sheets to the Wind.

Next up was The Fantastic Flow. Despite a couple technical glitches while on stage, I enjoyed the set. I was further impressed when I learned that he had just thrown the show together in a week after having disbanded his band. If you are familiar with Yoav, he had a similar style using his guitar and pedals to create beats, over which he would then play and sing. I’d like to hear more.

Last up was No Fly List. They came out rocking! They definitely had the biggest crowd of the night. I really enjoyed their set, and so did their loud fans. Check out their music, I think you’ll like it.
