Hearts & Mines continues to impress. The judges definitely agreed, as the band walked away with second spot in the LiVE 88.5 Big Money Shot competition. In all, the band has pocketed $40,000 worth of talent support this year.
While it would have been nice to win, frontman Matt Luloff was taking it all in stride. As he came off the stage after the announcements had been made, I heard him say “If the difference between first and second is only $10,000, I’m happy!”
